In April 2011, we started renting our house in Magill for short term rental.

• The place  is great and exactly what we needed for the weekend.  Likes: Open living area and large rooms, Good location. Thank you. March 2012. S George, Country SA.

• Likes: TV, Air con, Wi-fi, Food stuff, friendly/helpful, quiet and good neighbourhood. Comparison with other accommodation: More space, More personal, quiet. Interests in Adelaide: Old buildings, Museums, Wine areas. Feb 2012 - Geoff and Wendy. France.
   

• Just a quick note to thank you for your warmth and hospitality. We had a super stay at Magill house and all the little personal trimmings you provided, meant so much to our family as we felt so welcome. Hope to see you again soon. • Very homey feel, generally comfortable with instant items available.

• Likes: Loved the additional extras that make it homey and easy -all the food, butter, milk, jams, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, ice, etc.. The fact that it was nice and clean. Scissors, iron, books. We loved it all.  Priced - just right.
  Interests in Adelaide: Most of my family and friends are here.

• Likes: Lovely lounge, Large backyard, Having food waiting for you, Polished floor boards, Internet access.
  Comparison with other accommodation: Favourable. Definitely the perfect relaxing way to live during what could have easily been a stressful two weeks.
  Price: - Under priced - but I was lucky.
  Interests in Adelaide: The beach, Random drives thru the hills, The parade Norwood, Gouger Street. - S.B. 1 person - 1 bedroom - Nov 2011
   
• Very clean. Airy. Comfortable lounge.  Large Kitchen Table.  Outdoor setting would be nice. Comparable, Well maintained; Clean! Thank you Neil.  We enjoyed our stay.
  Interests in Adelaide: Adelaide Hills.
  Everything was clean - which is the first thing I look for.  An out door setting under the olive trees would be wonderful in the warm weather.

Also thank you Neil for the book, this is very interesting and I appreciate you sending it on to me.  You  were amazingly kind giving David and I all that information you bought round for us, in fact, I have passed on the news paper to a couple who are moving to Adelaide in 3 weeks time (on the proviso they give it back). • It was great - thank you for getting us online. It was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the milk, coffee (especially the flavoured filter coffee) and the food in the fridge. Comparison with other accommodation: Cleaner, Roomier,  may be a little further away from the City.

• Likes: Location, quiet area. Clean, tidy, everything available - including olives!

• Well equipped lounge and kitchen. Priced - just right. First time in Adelaide - Appreciated the "familiarization tour" on the first day.  Please keep this up. July 11. Malaysia. R Wong. - 3 people. Pity we did not make it on the 2nd day otherwise would have got more tips on Adelaide ...manage to do this pretty well once we were in the city even manage to locate where the Adelaide Metro office in the city. • I think it [the accommodation] is very cosy and well equipped. The privacy was excellent. Different to staying in an hotel where people are coming and going at all hours.
